Teplosfera, LLC has been engaged in erection of buildings, storages, reservoirs and other industrial constructions since 2007. During this period, we have completed several tens of projects, including construction and reconstruction of the largest factories in Lipetsk Oblast.
In 2015, Teplosfera LLC performed the work package of the reconstruction of the 1st and 2nd lines of Lipetsk modern metal structures factory OBO Bettermann, LLC, performed construction of electrical equipment factory, owned by ABB Electrical Equipment, Ltd at the territory of Lipetsk Industrial SEZ. Teplosfera, LLC acted as the General Contractor at the object «Construction works at the object ‘Intrasite water supply network, domestic sewage network, storm water sewage network with treatment facilities, automobile roads and leveling operation with further greenery planting, outdoor lighting of the 2nd constructional project in final stage of completion of the 2nd row of Lipetsk Industrial SEZ» at the territory of Lipetsk Industrial SEZ.
After completing preliminary excavation works and foundations installation at the object «Industrial furnaces production factory at Lipetsk Industrial SEZ territory», our company got down to construction of production, administrative and other buildings and installations at the object: «Industrial furnaces production factory».
